As a treasury sales officer, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives related to treasury products and services. This role involves cultivating and managing relationships with corporate clients, promoting treasury solutions, and contributing to revenue growth. The treasury sales officer will work closely with internal teams, clients, and financial institutions to understand client needs and provide customized treasury solutions. |

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their treasury and financial needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Promote and sell a range of treasury products and services, including cash management, liquidity solutions, risk management, and trade finance.
- Tailor treasury solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and changes in regulatory environments that may impact treasury services.
- Conduct market intelligence to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling treasury products to existing clients.
- Work collaboratively with other business units to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their cash flow, risk tolerance, and financial goals.
- Develop and present customized treasury solutions that align with client requirements.
- Conduct effective sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of treasury products and services.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Assess and manage risks associated with treasury products and transactions.
- Work with risk management teams to implement strategies for mitigating potential risks.
- Work closely with internal teams, including risk management, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with product specialists to enhance treasury offerings.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all treasury transactions.
- Adhere to regulatory compliance standards and internal policies.

Experience and Qualifications |
- Proven experience in treasury sales or related financial sales roles.
- In-depth knowledge if treasury products, cash management, and financial markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with risk management principles and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.

Experience and Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field CA/MBA/PGDM/CFA or other relevant post graduate qualification.
- Professional Accounting or financial qualification, ICAN, ACCA etc..
- Excellent knowledge of Asset and Liability Management, Treasury Operations, Currency Trading Operations, Financial Analysis, Foreign Banking Operations, Risks in Foreign Exchange Transactions, Management Information Systems wand Basic Accounting.
