Job Title: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CEO
Location: Lagos Island
Salary: ₦250k-₦300k monthly
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support our client’s CEO. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle all communication on behalf of the CEO. You will also assist with special projects, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate activities for the client’s NGO foundation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist with managing tasks for the client’s NGO foundation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High emotional intelligence, great articulation, and a sense of style.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
