Job Summary:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

The Business Development Associate is responsible for leading the Business Development Unit within our company. The primary objective of this role is to drive the growth of the company by identifying, developing, and implementing business opportunities, as well as nurturing relationships with clients and partners. The BDA will work closely with the executive team to set strategic goals and achieve sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends.
  • Analyze market data, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  1. Business Strategy Development
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define business development strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and present comprehensive business development plans to drive the company’s growth.
  1. Client and Partner Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Identify and engage potential clients and partners, presenting the company’s services and solutions.
  1. Lead Generation and Sales:
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into clients and meet or exceed sales targets.
  1. Proposal and Presentation:
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations and negotiations to secure new contracts.
  1. Business Expansion:
  • Identify opportunities for expanding the company’s services into new markets and industries.
  • Develop entry strategies and lead the implementation of market expansion plans.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Build and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the Business Development Unit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, with a minimum of 2 years of successful track record.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer behavior.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good LinkedIn presence.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
